Japanese DEBA type Boning knife – traditional meat and fish knife. Thanks to thicker single bevel edge it is well suited for boning.

Basic professional line KAI WASABI BLACK with beautiful and minimalistic design achieved by polished blade and black handle. Blade is made from high quality carbon steel Daido 1K6 with a solid 58 ±1HRC hardness finished with polished metal guard. Black handle is made from polypropylene mixed with bamboo dust for natural anti-bacterial properties. This makes the knives suitable even for restaurant kitchens.
