Shun Classic Left-Handed Santoku Knife (DM0718L)

For left-handers, Shun offers a selection of knives in the Classic line with a reverse D-shaped grip which has the ridge on the left side of the handle. The ridge nestles into the curved fingers when used with the left hand. That said, many left-handed knife users find that the 'right-handed' D-shaped handles work perfectly well for them too.
