Kai Seki Magoroku Deba blade

The stainless steel blade has a high carbon content, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and easy at-home sharpening. With only one side sharpened, these knives are extremely sharp and food is less likely to stick while cutting. If it's your first time using a one-sided blade, it may take some practice to get used to guiding it differently. The Kinju model is designed for right-handed use, but left-handed users can find a similar collection under the name Hekiju.
