The Kai Shun Classic DM-0767 is a cleaver made from AUS8 steel. A strong, stainless type of steel that is easy to sharpen if necessary. As you might expect from a cleaver the blade is thick and solid. Perfect when processing larger pieces of meat. Cutting poultry to size, chopping meat into pieces for a stew or cutting lobster will therefore be a piece of cake.
